Peaceful Easy Feeling, meets all the expectations of the name. Clean, refreshing, on trend design, and ample space for a large group. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Every consideration as been thought of for comfort and enjoyment at this property. My family has been traveling to Panama City Beach for 43 years. This is by far my favorite property to date.

Beautiful house. We stayed the week of July 4-11. The house was plenty big for our group of 16. the kids and grown men loved the arcade room. My family loved the pool even though it was not huge. the kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we did. The best of all were the property managers...if anything came up, they were on top of it as quickly as possible. I can't thank them enough. Safe travels.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. Even smells brand new!! Watching the sunsets from the living room was so beautiful. Having the private beach right across the street was wonderful. Even though this house is not directly on the beach, you feel like you are right on the beach. Very quiet beach. Both the kids and adults loved the 1st floor entertainment area.

NIRVANA…happens to be located in this beachfront infinity pool with unobstructed views of the most beautiful beach in the world! ‘Take My Breath Away”... YOU DID IT!! Absolutely the nicest, best rental we have ever had the opportunity to stay in! My family of 21 (ages 3-76) enjoyed every square foot of this luxury beachfront home the week of July 4th. With a long list of amazing amenities, it had something for everyone. Brad and his team at Sunset Luxury Properties thought of everything to help make our vacation stay with them first-class…including a concierge service where we rented a paddle board and kayak. They took great care of us and I HIGHLY recommend them for your next beach vacation. THANK YOU SUNSET LUXURY PROPERTIES FOR BEING A PART OF OUR BEST VACATION EVER!!!

We go to Rosemary every year and we’re really picky where we stay! Lol, We had a wonderful week in Rosemary Beach at the Rest Awhile property. Lovely house, very beachy, beautiful decor, great amenities, with really everything that we needed. Couldn’t have asked for more. And Brad the Property Manager, would get back to me within minutes of any questions or anything that we needed. They provided exceptional service. We’re calling them first for next Summer.
