This home was beautiful, spacious, and pristinely cleaned. I have no complaints on this property. My family of 12 (10 adults and two infants) had an amazing time. An added, plus is this property being pet friendly with enough room for the dogs to do their business. The golf cart amenity was also a plus as the public beach access is less than a five minute ride. Brad advised us to use 92 which was beautiful and quiet. Brad was exceptional with the customer service and was there to answer any Questions that came up, promptly! We’ve already recommended this company to several of our friends and will continue to book with this company in the future.

Stayed at Seabird Cottage for Spring Break with the family (2 adults, 3yo and 5yo) and it was perfect! House is just about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach (we\'re slow with little kiddos) and having the backyard pool right out the door was AMAZING! House is impeccably decorated and was very clean. Plenty of towels for everyone and pool/beach towels too. Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed including cooking oil, salt & pepper, and a few spices. Location of this house can\'t be beat. It\'s far enough away from the high-rise madness of official PCB, beach was quiet-ish even during height of Spring Break season. We spent a few days on the beach, a few exploring nearby PCB, and one on Shell Island. Dinners in PCB were about 20 minutes away. Bring your own beach supplies (bags, carts, toys, umbrellas, etc.). Staff with Sunset Luxury were attentive and responsive whenever we needed anything and checked in via text occasionally just to see how things are going. Would love to stay again if we\'re ever in the area!

This home is beautiful and so convenient to the beach. You are out the front door and sitting down on the shore in just a couple of minutes. The road to cross is not busy and we never had to wait for cars to clear. I cannot say enough about the home. The decor is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, and it was so well stocked with extra pillows and more than enough towels. There were also a ton of matching beach towels available in the laundry room. The care that goes into this rental home is so impressive and what we all hope for when booking a vacation home. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure your guests are comfortable and have everything we could possibly need.

Spent two weeks at Tidewater over Christmas and the New Year. Can\'t say enough about the view and the firework display was amazing from the balcony. We didn\'t run into any elevator problems, and were told that the building is undergoing elevator upgrades. The condo is huge and had everything we needed. Loved the fact that the building has an onsite restaurant. Not fine dining, but great for breakfast (fabulous French Toast), or a meal or drink, if you don\'t want to adventure out. The indoor pool was down for maintenance a few times, but it really didn\'t matter to us.

Beautiful home, great appliances and comfy beds. Very close proximity to 2 grocery stores (under .4 miles) and 100 steps from the beach. Hard to beat!

My family and I visited Stay Sunny for the holidays, and we cannot overstate how exceptional this home is!! From the moment we walked in we were blown away by how amazing everything was. The decor made me feel like I was walking into a magazine! There is an ample amount of space for a large group or family, a perfect room for kids (bunk beds, day bed, and trundle connected to another guest room with a jack & jill bathroom), and separate full bathrooms for each remaining guest room! The downstairs has an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Perfect for hanging out with everyone while cooking/eating/relaxing/etc. The home is so close to the beach. Just a short walk and you've got your toes in the sand. The best part is - no need to bring or rent beach chairs! The owners generously provide beach chairs for their guests to use during their stay. Stay Sunny is super close to some great places to eat and shop - if you can drag yourself away from the beach or house that is. The amount of care that went into making this house your home away from home is obvious in all the details. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book Stay Sunny! I cannot recommend highly enough!!

Right across the beach, very nice pool and fenced yard. Very clean and roomy house. Had everything that we needed for a good vacation! Definitely will come back again!!!

What a beautiful beach home! Very spacious yet cozy! The decor and lighting fixtures were striking as soon as I walked in. The kitchen is fully stocked, even with a spice rack for those who choose to cook. Next time 🙂 Great, quiet location and easy access to restaurants and grocery just minutes away in either direction. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. This home is only a few steps away from the beach making it easy to go back-and-forth. Everything in here is top-notch and large-scale (fridge, laundry room, closets, smart TVs) Can't wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at Oliver's and Oliver's guest house, twelve people, ages 8 years to 70 years. The accommodations were excellent for our group. The weather was chilly so the heated pool was wonderful. The balconies, porches, and patio areas made it easy to spread out and accommodate various activities at once. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to even prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal. The location was just a block from the sandy beach and the beach was visible from the windows in the main house. We actually visited the beach more frequently than in past years when we were on the opposite side of 30A. We visit Rosemary Beach annually as an extended family and this place was voted as the best location ever! But what made it the very best was the service we received. Our host, Brad, even had someone come to the home to adjust the pool thermostat on Thanksgiving day! We felt like we were valued guests. Thanks, Brad!

Super clean, perfect vibe for a panhandle Florida beach stay. Close to everything and a hop skip and a jump to the beach. The beds are insanely comfortable (so is the couch ?). Didn't feel like I was missing anything! Felt safe and sound in this incredible beach getaway.
