Everything well put, overall great experience!

SO very clean! Cleanliness is one of my main concerns and this place was spotless. Stocked with everything you need. Having beach towels for us to use was a plus, and the wagon for the beach was awesome too. We enjoyed the pool and the grill several nights. Fenced in yard for our dog was perfect. The master bathroom is amazing!!!! The location is perfect, the beach RIGHT across the street, less than 5 minutes and you're there. Definitely will be back! Thank you again!!!

Stay Sunny definitely met all of our expectations! From the cleanliness of the house to the convenient walk to the beach, our family of six was perfectly comfortable!

Great host!

This house is everything you need and more! 4 families shared this home and had plenty of space! The house is beautifully decorated and very welcoming and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. We never had an issue sharing the bathroom. The pool in the back yard was perfect. The hosts provided small pool toys, games for the kids and pool towels! The location is great. 3 mins to Publix and Winn Dixie. You have to drive to the beach, but it is a 5 min drive. We will definitely be staying here again!!

It was great to have the main house, the carriage house, and the private pool! The outdoor showers were really great because there are no wash stations at the public beach access. Overall, we loved everything about this place! The property management company was beyond amazing!

So beautiful inside and out! Excellent condition, many art pieces around the house, comfy beds and couch, variety of places to sit, the cool ambiance around the pool, fun 3rd-floor outside area with fire table and sunsets, nicely equipped kitchen, pretty and large bedrooms, lots of room everywhere. Brad and Rose were great to work with! We would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Perfect for a family and the golf cart made everything accessible

Brad and the team are incredible. On top of everything and always thinking ahead. The house was perfect - just like the pictures. Loved the location - easy access to the beach, the pool was great, and Big Chill was ideal for kids and families. The golf cart was the best feature!

My daughters and I stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The beach is quiet and great for families. The beds are comfortable. The home was spacious. The chairs that were put out on the beach each morning for our use, were so enjoyable and convenient. We loved the pool, all the decks, and seeing dolphins swim by. I could’ve stayed for months. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we hope to come back in the future. Thank you for hosting us.

Great place and very convenient!

Wonderfully-appointed home convenient to beach with public access directly across the street. Ample parking. Great backyard with pool, seating and tables for large group outdoor dining and socializing. Spacious master suite separated from other bedrooms with an updated well-designed bathroom. Quick, friendly and helpful communications with friendly host. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We have stayed at this condo twice now. Very impressive with cleanest and convenience of all they have to offer. Also has a covered parking garage to protect your car. All the amenities you need for your stay. Pool and hot tub are top notch.

Loved this property. It was immaculately clean, everything in perfect working order. Very comfortable and cheery to stay at for my family of 4. Hope to return again.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a 2 min walk from the beach and the backyard was perfect for relaxing. 

This place exceeded our expectations! It was clean and pictures are exactly what you are getting. My 3 boys barely left the pool and if they weren\'t in there, they were right on beach (with an easy access to the beach). The views were stunning and it was the perfect place for our whole family to enjoy and relax. The staff at Sunset Luxury Properties are fantastic, responsive and did everything right to make our stay special. Highly recommended.

Family of 6.....7y/o triplets & 9y/o (all girls) and have stayed in Sunnyside & Laguna Beach FL every year for the last 6ish years, and will certainly be coming back again!! Brad was easy peasy, and available for any questions during our stay. Has a traditional propane grill, but also a Blackstone flat top propane grlll....which was awesome. My sorority loved every second of the vacation!!!

This property is nothing short of amazing. The property and home were clean and roomy. 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. So much room and beautiful. It is right in the middle of everything. The beach is private so, it is not over crowded. We went in November so, we had the pool heated. It was perfect. Relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped. We were able to cook a whole thanksgiving dinner. Overall would recommend 100%

This location was great—directly across from a public beach access. The home was newly remodeled and so beautiful. Host was very responsive and kind. We hope to stay in warmer weather when we can swim!

We had a wonderful stay at The Salty Pelican. Location was perfect, literally 5 minute walk, all flat. Beach access 90 in front of the crosswalk was the most convenient since there were no stairs. The house was very comfortable and everything appeared new. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bath towels were the fluffiest and bath supplies were plenty provided. We also appreciated the beach towels. We would book again without a doubt!!

Outstanding stay and will be back

Spent a Week in this Condo which was well furnished, beautiful, great location in the heart of it all. Incredible sunset views and were lucky to be there to see the fireworks at Pier Park. Highly recommend

The house and the location were perfect for our family of 12.

The host was very helpful from the first day I inquired about the property. She made the whole process of booking until checkout easy and stress free.
The property itself was exactly what our family needed. Everything was more than just the bare minimum. Oversized sectional, space for everyone, spacious bathroom and the decor was very well done.
The backyard space was just icing on the cake!

The best thing was we were able to take this family vacation because it was pet friendly. Our dogs loved their first trip to the beach and our family made lots of great memories!

Could not have been happier with the house. It was a short walk to the beach. The kitchen/dining area was large enough for everyone, and the pool was perfect. The property management (Brad) was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Will plan to return next year. Thanks

Everything was really great. Super clean home with cute decor. Can’t beat the location with direct access to the beach and quick drive to Rosemary in one direction and PCB in the other. It was nice grilling out poolside as well. Would stay again!

Comfy and spotless space very close to the beach with spectacular view. Love the outdoor space for relaxing and entertainment. The atmosphere and aesthetic the owner created was perfect for the beach house.

The Beach was beautiful, The Location is almost 2 minutes far from Publix and 10 minutes to a beautiful town.

This house was amazing! We’re used to staying in Santa Rosa and decided to venture out a bit this time and wasn’t disappointed at all! The house is even better than described. Our group ages ranged from 2-45 and everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

Wonderful host. They always responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns prior to and during my trip.
The house is perfect for any group wanting a beach vacation. We loved that we were within walking distance to the beach, but also utilized the pool everyday. We also liked how close we were to visit Rosemary and Alys Beach. The decor of the house is gorgeous and spacious for a large group to hang out in. We felt the beds were comfortable, and it was nice that the house was equipped with basic needs such as towels and hair dryers.

We were staying at a another property that had issues and had to make a last minute reservation for the rest of the week. The host responded and booked the house within 15 minutes of me booking. Truly a first class property, with first class service. The location and proximity to the beach, and grocery stores are great as well.

I loved every bit of that place. Brad was super responsive, which is big for me! The proximity to the beach was perfect, especially with little ones. I definitely will book with them again.

Great location, beach access is right across the street. Grocery stores very close by and restaurants as well. Our family enjoyed the time especially in the private pool. Highly recommend staying and would definitely book again.

Everything was awesome!!

Was adorably decorated, open floorplan and a gorgeous and serene backyard. The walk across to the beach was a breeze, extremely easy to access. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans to be able to cook while you were there. I would highly recommend this little slice of heaven and will definitely be returning again whenever I make it back to PCB.

This house and host are top notch! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was just perfect!

Great week. Staff was awesome to work with. Anything we needed they were more than happy to help or take care of it. Highly recommend this property. Beautiful view of beach as well as easy access. The Emerald Escape was the key to making our family vacation as wonderful as possible. The location is great with the beach being a 3 min walk from the house and the outdoor shower really helped clean off the sand before we got into the house. More than the beach the pool was wonderful as it wasn’t too deep for both grandparents and younger kids to enjoy. the outdoor tables were great to have pool/dinner fun. We very much enjoyed the large dining table that was able hold 10 of us for some board games! The hosts thought of everything and provided both bath towels and beach towels, and then laundry detergent so that we could wash our clothing and towels. The bunkbeds were comfortable and weren’t loud when climbing up or down, making it easy for everyone to be comfortable. Overall a keeper and will visit PCB if we can stay at The Emerald Escape. Thanks for your hospitality!

Perfect for our family vacation. The home was clean, comfortable and just a few steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location! The beach is just across the street; a one minute walk at most, and the inside of the airbnb is beautiful. The inside is a lot bigger than the pictures too.
Me and my 9 other friends found the place very spacious even with all of us. Besides the inside, the backyard was a joy to be in and even has a coal grill that we used.
10/10, would recommend!

We love the style, the amenities, the appointments. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Everything in the home is such good quality and condition. It’s better than advertised. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Doing what they can to make your stay memorable. We will stay here again and recommend to anyone else to do the same.

This house is BEAUTIFUL! Exactly what we like. We all came from Texas and Ohio. We made memories, had a BLAST and the kids enjoyed themselves every minute. The location was perfect! This is our 2nd year in PCB but this year all our family members were able to come together except 1 from Hawaii. We plan to come back and rent this house again. Best home we have rented and the pool was GREAT!

This was exactly the recharge we needed! Had a wonderful time and hope to make it back again!

Wow! What a beautiful place! We are a family of 5 and have never been to Florida. We are so thankful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home! There is so much attention to detail! This home is absolutely stunning! IT has literally everything you need, plus pool in the backyard and a private beach. Highly recommend the home and the property management team!

A beautiful property. Beautiful pool and the lagoon and private pier an added bonus for fishing, paddle boarding or kayaking. We even saw a dolphin in the lagoon one morning. Close to the beach. We rented a golf cart but within walking distance to beach. Quiet nice neighborhood. Close to neighbors but never a problem. Room for 3 vehicles to park and a golf cart. Fire pit down by water was a great amenity even for summer time. Would not hesitate to stay again and have already had someone ask me about this property based on our vacation photos. Also the elevator is a great bonus for luggage and groceries.

A great place to stay

We had a great stay at this location.

We loved this place. It is everything depicted in the pictures and description. The location was good and beach access was easy with the golf cart (which our small children loved). Being across the street from The Big Chill was great. We would cart over w/ the kids and park easily. The pool is nice and big. The only things to flag are that the pool gets quite warm (we went during a heat wave in June) and the development is very strict about drinks (even water) anywhere near the pool. You had to be basically at your chair to consume any kind of liquid. We would definitely book this again. Everything was great.

Great place, great price

They house was absolutely beautiful and is not a far walk from the beach at all. All the appliances you needed was provided. I especially loved how they had a shower outside to get all the sand off before you walked inside. 

House was perfect for me and 3 others. The house was clean when we arrived. The walk was only 3 minutes to the beach. Kristi was great with communication and very kind. Will be staying here again!!

This house is AMAZING! If you want a private beach with beautiful views this house is a must. The house was pristine, you can really tell they take care of the property. The tall ceilings, with massive windows provides a beautiful view at any spot in the house. We can’t wait to stay here again next year.

This house was perfect for a multi family vacation. There was plenty of room and the proximity to the beach access was superb! This company also offers grocery delivery which I would highly recommend because it was nice to walk in and have everything already stocked and ready for us.

This home is just as pictured- very nice, clean, and pretty spacious! Our family of 3 had plenty of room and the location was great. Beach access isn’t super close, since the state park is under construction, but the golf cart was helpful and fun. Would definitely return to this property and/or recommend it to family and friends.

We had such a great time here. We especially loved the kitchen and the view. The couch was very comfy. I liked my bedroom and so did the rest of my family. We loved the pool! It was nice and warm. This place is as beautiful as the pictures! Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. This was our first Air BNB experience and our first get-a-way since the pandemic started. The property manager made us feel at ease and was an excellent and kind communicator throughout. The process was smooth from beginning to end. The ocean view is amazing, with a beautiful sunset at the end of each day. The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances were in excellent/new condition. Everything appeared to be brand new. The condo is located near Pier Park, which has everything from staple stores like Walmart, Target, Fresh Market, JC Penney and Chipotle to those cute little beach-side shops that sell t-shirts, souvenirs, and candy. Also, many restaurants and bars. We found plenty to do when we weren\'t on the beach or needed a break from the sun. We found the condo relaxing with the sea breeze and were able to watch the sunset while we watched some college basketball or played Catan each evening. The TV was very nice. WIFI worked well. The pool is beautiful and must have been heated because it felt warm and the temps were only in the 60\'s.

We enjoyed our stay here at Bid-a-wee Beach. It is a beautiful home. Very comfortable and plenty of room for a large family. Property manager was very accessible when needed.

Super clean home! The bed and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was great to cook a few meals when were not eating at The Hub or at Bruno’s Pizza. The gulf cart is an added bonus but good luck finding parking anywhere. We enjoyed using it just for sightseeing. Such a pretty area. We loved visiting 30A

Serenade By The Sea was the perfect choice for our family vacation. Plenty of space inside and out and located just steps from the beach or relax in the pool in the backyard. The property is literally minutes from tons of things to do! Would highly recommend!

This property was amazing. Our 4 generations, ranging from ages 3 years to 84 years, loved it! It’s beautifully decorated, first class accommodations. Every need is anticipated. Pool was fantastic. Good group areas but plenty of space to spread out. Gulf was a super easy, barely a block away and visible from upper decks of the house. Correspondence with property management was answered very quickly and more that satisfactorily. This was our first Vrbo experience and it set a high bar. Would definitely recommend this property!!

We had an amazing family vacation. We enjoyed the house so much we extended. The is the ultimate family beach house rental. We highly recommend and plan to return in the future. The house was beautiful and you can’t beat the beach location and view. The views from all of the decks were incredible. The house was newly renovated. We loved the decor and the home was beautifully furnished. The private pool on the beach was awesome and so convenient. The pool, chair set-up, and proximity to the beach made our trip super relaxing and easy with kids. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The layout is great for families and larger groups. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare family meals. Thank you for being so responsive. Sunset Luxury Property Management was fantastic. They thought of everything and were so easy to work with. They responded within minutes if we had any questions or requests. Check-in was convenient, and they made sure the lights were on as we were checking in late at night. They were helpful with local recommendations such as restaurants and golf. Grocery stores are nearby, but the property manager also offers some helpful concierge services including grocery delivery. They placed special touches in the house such as the fresh flowers and fruit that were unexpected and lovely. It felt like home, a luxury home on the beach. Thank you! This was the perfect beach rental for our family, even if it was more space than we needed. We loved our stay and hope to return again soon! Gorgeous home with breath taking ocean views. Home is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Super close to so many fun things but a beautiful oasis if you just want to stay home. Brad at Susnset Luxury Properties was quick to respond to our few questions, and super helpful, even late on a Sunday evening.

We had such a great time! The place was fabulous. Brad worked with us on check in, as we had someone that was still working remotely on the day we moved in, and could not take work off. The place was very clean. The view of the lagoon was so peaceful, and it was great to sit by the pool at the end of the day. It only took about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. I would stay at this place again anytime.

Great house! We were the first to stay here so felt very new and clean. Many thoughtful touches fully equipped kitchen, phone chargers, etc. You are one block from the beach the area is mainly residential so no crowds which was perfect since we wanted to keep away from the everything due to COVID. Still close to stores and restaurants and we had no problem getting anything we needed delivered. I mainly worked with Brad who as friendly and quick to respond. It’s not mentioned here but it did come with beach chairs set up daily for free so be sure to ask if they still do that. Would stay here or at any of their properties again!

This place is amazing. Perfect location as it’s 1 block off the beach so a quite street. Amazing touches and everything we could have asked for. The kitchen and house were very well equipped. Highly recommend for a family.

Beautiful house! Comfy beds! Great ocean views! We got so many great pictures of the sunset over the ocean! House is located in great spot far enough from condos to not have tons of people on top of you! 

Our family had a great fall break! The house was exactly as listed. Everything was clean and plenty of room. I would recommend this property for everyone.

This place is amazing. We brought the whole family down and it was perfect. I am very particular and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautifully decorated, the rooms were large, and the ocean views were great. My girls loved the bunk beds under the stairs. The pool heat was awesome! Close proximity to both 30A and PCB. The beaches were never crowded and we found lots of beautiful shells. Property management was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.
