What a beautiful beach home! Very spacious yet cozy! The decor and lighting fixtures were striking as soon as I walked in. The kitchen is fully stocked, even with a spice rack for those who choose to cook. Next time 🙂 Great, quiet location and easy access to restaurants and grocery just minutes away in either direction. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. This home is only a few steps away from the beach making it easy to go back-and-forth. Everything in here is top-notch and large-scale (fridge, laundry room, closets, smart TVs) Can't wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at Oliver's and Oliver's guest house, twelve people, ages 8 years to 70 years. The accommodations were excellent for our group. The weather was chilly so the heated pool was wonderful. The balconies, porches, and patio areas made it easy to spread out and accommodate various activities at once. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to even prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal. The location was just a block from the sandy beach and the beach was visible from the windows in the main house. We actually visited the beach more frequently than in past years when we were on the opposite side of 30A. We visit Rosemary Beach annually as an extended family and this place was voted as the best location ever! But what made it the very best was the service we received. Our host, Brad, even had someone come to the home to adjust the pool thermostat on Thanksgiving day! We felt like we were valued guests. Thanks, Brad!

Super clean, perfect vibe for a panhandle Florida beach stay. Close to everything and a hop skip and a jump to the beach. The beds are insanely comfortable (so is the couch ?). Didn't feel like I was missing anything! Felt safe and sound in this incredible beach getaway.

Our stay at Stay Sunny was nothing short of amazing. You literally can't beat the location—just a quick walk and you're on the stunning beach. The house itself felt like a home away from home. We loved the open-concept kitchen and living area for group meals and game nights, and those King bedrooms on the third floor. Pure luxury. Location-wise, you're in the heart of it all. Quick jaunts to PCB and 30A made dining out and shopping super convenient. The hosts' food recommendations were spot-on and super helpful. And let's not forget the house amenities. Having a fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs readily available just made life easier. If you're looking for a top-notch beach vacation, Stay Sunny has got you covered. We loved our stay at this property! Beach access is so convenient and in close proximity to the house! It felt like we had the beach all to ourselves most of the time! The house is wonderful…especially the gorgeous kitchen which has everything you could possibly need! We paid extra to have the pool heated which was so well worth it….all the adults and kids loved it!

The house setup with the pool was great for our family trip. Close access to the beach and a very short walk to Rosemary. Very responsive hosts.

Great location with a short walk (less than 5 mins) to the beach. We used beach access 89 and 90. 90 is easy with no stairs.
The home was well stocked and we had everything we needed! We decided to stay an extra day and the property manager was great to grant our request. Look forward to returning!!

Sand Dollars & Footprints was just perfect for a week of relaxation. The condo was roomy and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed; the included beach service was a nice bonus to our stay. The view from the balcony was great, we could watch the fireworks at the end of the pier. The pool area, tiki bar and cafe downstairs was wonderful. The location was walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. We look forward to coming back soon.

Super cute beach house. Great location to beach and sunnyside cafe. The backyard space is huge. Comfy couch that I actually ordered for my own home. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect for families, girls trips, etc. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful property on the edge of Inlet next to Rosemary. Property is perfect for two families. Property management was fantastic and super responsive!

This house is amazing! There is so much space for everyone. We had 15+ people at times, and it never felt crowded. The rooms are a great size and the primary bedroom is to die for! Have beach access right across the street was so nice. We also loved have a garage to dump all of our beach gear in.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. A short walk to the beach and a pool for the kids to enjoy. This is our third vacation in this home, and we look forward to more.

We had to leave another airbnb late at night due to AC issues and were able to book The Emerald Escape same day late at night and were so thankful it was available and the manager was responsive! The house was adorably curated and clean. We will definitely be staying here again !! Thank you!

Stay Sunny was the perfect destination for our girl's trip. The house is so clean and decorated beautifully. It is such a close walk to the beach and not as crowded as other beaches in the area. We absolutely loved Stay Sunny and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to vacation in PCB!!

Stay Sunny is the perfect description for this home and this location. Everything about it is sunny and happy. The size and space of the home were great for our girl's trip, and I want to go back with my family and invite another family to come with us. The decor is gorgeous with plenty of living space and seating. Private sleeping and bathroom space galore! A large group can spread out and it is really comfortable. It is a hop, skip, and a 'you are...on the beach'! Wow, I wish every rental was as nice as this one. I cannot wait to go back.

This home was exactly what we needed it was so comfortable, spacious, and a minute's walk to the beautiful beach, unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for us as much as we hoped it would but it actually didn't seem to bother us even the kids were so happy. Beautiful place and quiet. We all agree we will be back.

Had a girls’ trip here! There were 9 of us! We loved the location, location, location! The houses accommodated us beautifully! The pool was a perfect way to cool down after the beach! We used every inch of the spaces…living room, dining room, porch, outdoor lounge furniture and the umbrella tables! We will be back!!

The best place we’ve stayed at! Everything was clean and exactly as listed/ showed in the pictures. The location is perfect with plenty of things to do within walking/ golf cart distance. We came for our baby moon and are already planning another trip back!

Wow, StaySunny was fabulous! We have rented all over the 30A area and this house was pure luxury in all regards: new and beautifully decorated with all the finest upgrades, bright kitchen, open floor plan, plenty of space, steps to a non-crowded beach with amazing sunsets, and close to delicious restaurants. We loved that the beach was never overcrowded and the convenience of walking back and forth to the house throughout the day. We will definitely be staying in this gorgeous house again next year!

This is our 3rd year to stay at Serenade By The Sea! We love this gorgeous house and the amenities offered. The kids loved the pool. And the adults loved the short walk to the beach. Recent stay at this listing was great! Property manager is top notch and went above & beyond. Centrally located, but out of the way just enough to stay out of the crazy traffic. Having a private pool & grill was one of our high priorities, so this property definitely checked those boxes. Would highly recommend this property!...oh and did I mention that the property manager is fabulous! They truly helped to make our stay memorable and quite enjoyable.

Great week at the beach! We cannot say enough about the property and owners. The house is beautiful and everything is meticulously kept! The rooms are decorated perfectly.. kids loved the bunk beds! The proximity to the beach is incredible and the beach is beautiful! We'll definitely be back!

The host was a lifesaver!
First off I had saved The Emerald Escape because I loved so much and had great reviews. We ended up going for another property that was just a bit more cost effective.
Long story short, we checked in at the other property and had to run back out immediately(was 7pm and we had driven 8 hrs from Miami with 2 little kids). Airbnb suggested we contacted another property host of our interest. I contacted the manager and they immediately replied and said we could check in right away!
The place was beautiful and homey! 
Guys book this place. It’s literally a block from the water and Thomas donut shop is also within walking distance! I highly recommend it and I’m not a sweet’s person.

The house and grounds were very clean. The outside area by the pool was where we spent most of our time. The pool was great as well. Very clean inside, comfortable beds and very cozy. Would stay there again

Very clean and well laid-out for our short beach trip. Loved how everything we needed for the beach was there and waiting on us- towels, beach toys, even the beach wagon and cooler!

We stayed a week at this home and for our first out-of-state vacation, it set the bar high! The house was beautiful, the pool was clean and it felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach entrance is right across the street and our own pool was perfect for the kids. We’ll be booking this home every year!

This place is adorable!!!! This is a perfect house for a family or a girl's trip!! The beach is a 2-minute walk right across the street. We slept 8 and were very comfortable. Totally will be staying here again!
