High Tide presents a daily escape from the ordinary, inviting you to lose yourself in the spectacle of sunrise and sunset from the balcony's vantage point. Two beach chairs and an umbrella accompany your stay, enhancing your seaside experience.

Upon entering, you'll encounter a soothing beach-themed decor that characterizes this coastal community. The master suite, with panoramic Gulf of Mexico views and private balcony access, features a King-sized bed adorned with a new Stearns and Foster mattress. The en suite bathroom is a lavish retreat, equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom, adjacent to the living area, offers another full en suite bathroom and a Queen-sized bed. The third bedroom, located at the front of the unit, features two full-sized beds and ample storage in the closet. For larger families, a new queen-size gel foam sleeper sofa in the living room ensures a comfortable stay.

A well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and a fully stocked pantry await your culinary endeavors. Ocean views accompany your meal preparation, creating a seamless connection to the balcony, expansive dining area, and spacious living room furnished for maximum comfort.

Entertainment and Amenities:
The Xfinity More Sports and Entertainment Package ensures sports enthusiasts are well-catered to. Tidewater Resort offers two outdoor pools and one indoor pool, each featuring a Jacuzzi. The heated indoor pool is conveniently located near the gym, sauna, whirlpool tub, game room, and theater. A coffee shop by the west-end pool and a restaurant bar and grill that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner provide on-site dining options. Local shops offer ice cream and toiletries, while beach chair service and a walk-up bar by the beach add to the seasonal delights. Pier Park, within walking distance, offers shopping, dining, and nightlife for your evening entertainment.


Tidewater amenities:
- 3 pools - 1 interior heated, 1 outside on the east side of the building, 1 outside on the west side of the building.
- 4 hot tubs- 1 with each outdoor pool and 2 in the gym

Essential Things to Know:

Tidewater Resort charges a $60 plus tax registration fee for parking passes and wristbands for complex amenities. Pre-register and pay online to skip the check-in line. Additionally, be aware of ongoing development and construction in the area, as Sunset Luxury Properties is not liable for construction outside the properties they manage. Your stay at High Tide promises a collection of memories, from sunrises and beach fun to Pier Park excursions and family moments amidst the spectacular sunset views.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
4) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental period's length.
