Located on the West End of Panama City Beach, just 4 miles east of Rosemary Beach, this Gulf view vacation rental offers three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to nine guests. A hidden gem featuring a three-minute walk to the white sugary sand beaches and steps from the community pool, you'll experience pure tranquility.

Welcoming you with bright natural light and updated interiors you'll feel a sense of relaxation from the moment you check in. Taking the elevator to the third-floor main living area, you'll find an open concept living, kitchen, and dining room. Start your day whipping up a gourmet breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; then savor that home-cooked meal at the dining table offering seating for six, additional seating for three can be found at the breakfast bar. After a day at the beach relax and unwind in the living room fit with cozy furnishings and a flat-screen TV. As the sun starts to set drink in a dose of your favorite sunset colors with your cocktail of choice on the Gulf-view balcony, complete with a gas grill.

You and your guests are sure to get the rest and relaxation you deserve while staying with us at 'La Playa'! Sleep-in late in the first-floor guest suite, furnished with a queen-size bed, private balcony, and private ensuite with tub/shower combination. Rest-up in the second-floor master suite, furnished with a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, and private ensuite with an additional tub/shower combination. The kids are sure to have sweet dreams in the second-floor bunk room, furnished with a twin over twin and a full over a full bunk bed, also providing access to a private balcony and ensuite with tub/shower combination. Additional sleeping for one can be located in the fourth-floor loft, furnished with a full-size bed and providing access to a private Gulf-view balcony.

4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
5) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.
