At Lakeside, we understand that pets are family too, which is why we welcome your furry companions with open arms (pet deposit required). Let them roam and play in the spacious outdoor area while you savor precious moments together.

Inside, discover a thoughtfully designed retreat offering ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. The first floor features a luxurious master suite with a king bed, offering comfort and privacy. The bunk room, adorned with two full beds and a trundle, provides cozy accommodations for additional guests or younger travelers.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll find two elegantly appointed guest rooms, each boasting a plush king bed for a restful night's sleep. Wake up to the gentle breeze and sunlight streaming in through the windows, inviting you to embrace another day in paradise.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during checkout or by calling us directly.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
3) POOL can be HEATED for an additional COST.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
5) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.
