Located mere steps from Rosemary Beach and within a stone's throw of the beach access on Winston Lane, Oliver's offers unparalleled proximity to the pristine shores of the Gulf Coast. Admire breathtaking Gulf views from the front porch or the second-floor deck, where each sunset paints a picturesque scene over the horizon.
Inclusive of the rental are four bicycles, allowing guests to explore the charming surroundings and embark on delightful coastal adventures at their leisure.
The interior of Oliver's is a testament to sophistication and comfort. The first-floor master suite is a haven of indulgence, featuring a lavish king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and luxury for its occupants.
Ascending to the second floor, guests will find a guest bedroom adorned with two king-sized beds and an en-suite bathroom, epitomizing lavish comfort and ample space. Adjacent to this room is another guest bedroom, complete with a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring that every guest enjoys privacy and comfort throughout their stay.
Please note that while Oliver's guest house is occupied, guests renting the main house will have exclusive access to the pool area and other amenities, ensuring a private and serene atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during checkout or by calling us directly.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
3) POOL can be HEATED for an additional COST.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
5) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.

Oliver's House and Guest House by C. Hart
We stayed at Oliver's and Oliver's guest house, twelve people, ages 8 years to 70 years. The accommodations were excellent for our group. The weather was chilly so the heated pool was wonderful. The balconies, porches, and patio areas made it easy to spread out and accommodate various activities at once. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to even prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal. The location was just a block from the sandy beach and the beach was visible from the windows in the main house. We actually visited the beach more frequently than in past years when we were on the opposite side of 30A. We visit Rosemary Beach annually as an extended family and this place was voted as the best location ever! But what made it the very best was the service we received. Our host, Brad, even had someone come to the home to adjust the pool thermostat on Thanksgiving day! We felt like we were valued guests. Thanks, Brad!
