The master bedroom in the guest house boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

The open-plan living and dining areas are perfect for socializing and entertaining, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows. The fully-equipped kitchens feature high-end appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare delicious meals for family and friends.

This Main home and the Guest house have 4 Bedrooms and a Bunk Room that will sleep up to 14. Meticulous care was taken to preserve the original presence of the home while creating more amenities for this private oasis. Always a popular site for passersby for many past years, the updates are impressive!

Here is how the home lays out:
The Main House:
*Two stories, with a King bedroom and private bath featuring a stand-alone shower on the first floor, right off the living area.
*Full, well-equipped kitchen and dining area with all new appliances, half bath off the kitchen.
*Front porch that overlooks the lush lawn where outdoor games can be enjoyed and parking for up to 6 vehicles.
*Upstairs in the main home are two bedrooms, one with 2 King Beds and a private bath featuring a stand-alone shower.
*The other bedroom is a Queen with a private bath featuring a tub/shower combo.
*Laundry Room
*Access to the second-floor balcony with outdoor seating is perfect for sunset cocktails.

Between the two homes, you will find a lovely private pool, heated seasonally for an additional fee. There is plenty of space for all to lounge in the sun and take a cool dip in between beach walks.

The Guest House:
Fully outfitted kitchen, so two families can prepare meals if they wish.
*The 1st-floor has a Queen Sleeper sofa in the Living space, a Bunk Room with a Full/Full bunk area, and a private bathroom off the kitchen.
*2nd-floor you will find a Master featuring a King bed and a private bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
*Private access from this Master bedroom to seating outside on the balcony, where you can see the Gulf at the end of the block.
*Laundry Room
*Beach access is at Inlet Beach Access, 100 yards at the end of the block!

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification via Superhog.
**Please note:** After your reservation is confirmed, you will need to verify your details with Superhog to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during checkout or by calling us directly.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
3) POOL can be HEATED for an additional COST.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
5) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period.
