Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The townhouse features two elegantly appointed bedrooms, each offering plush bedding and ample space for relaxation. With two bathrooms, including one ensuite, guests will enjoy the convenience and comfort of private facilities.
Outdoor Living:
Experience outdoor living at its finest with access to two community pools, ensuring plenty of opportunities for sun-soaked relaxation. The north pool is heated seasonally, allowing for year-round enjoyment. Additionally, explore the surrounding area with ease using the provided 4-seat gas golf cart, perfect for exploring 30A and beyond.
Beach Access and Shuttle Service:
Make the most of your beach getaway with seasonal shuttle service to and from the nearby beach accesses. Take the golf cart to Deer Lake State Park, one of our favorite beach spots just west of Prominence, and soak in the sun, surf, and stunning views.

Conveniently located across the street from The Big Chill, indulge in a variety of entertainment options including sports events, movie nights, kids' activities, shopping, and dining experiences. Beach Accesses:
1. Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. No parking available.
2. Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
3. Santa Clara Regional Beach Access: Walton County, ADA approved beach access with lifeguards located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access.
4. Walton Dunes: 2.5 Miles West of Prominence. There is some roadside parking and no other amenities.
5. Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: 438 South Orange Street; parking, bathrooms, lifeguards, and ADA ramp accessible.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification via Superhog.
**Please note:** After your reservation is confirmed, you will need to verify your details with Superhog to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during checkout or by calling us directly.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover only.
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
4) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental period's length.

Absolutely LOVED this rental. It was perfect. SO clean and decorated so well. Loved the location and proximity to the Hub. beach access is a short drive, but the golf cart made that easy. Literally had everything we needed throughout the stay— keurig (bring your own pods), beach towels, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen. Screened in balcony is super nice. We would book this place again without any hesitation. Loved it!!

This home is just as pictured- very nice, clean, and pretty spacious! Our family of 3 had plenty of room and the location was great. Beach access isn’t super close, since the state park is under construction, but the golf cart was helpful and fun. Would definitely return to this property and/or recommend it to family and friends.
