You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
1) Travel protection is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during checkout or by calling us directly.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover only.
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction.
4) MUST be 25 years of age. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental period's length.

The host was a lifesaver!
First off I had saved The Emerald Escape because I loved so much and had great reviews. We ended up going for another property that was just a bit more cost effective.
Long story short, we checked in at the other property and had to run back out immediately(was 7pm and we had driven 8 hrs from Miami with 2 little kids). Airbnb suggested we contacted another property host of our interest. I contacted the manager and they immediately replied and said we could check in right away!
The place was beautiful and homey!
Guys book this place. It’s literally a block from the water and Thomas donut shop is also within walking distance! I highly recommend it and I’m not a sweet’s person.

This place was GREAT! It was a 5 min walk to the beach as told in the description. The neighborhood was very clean and relatively quiet (we went on 4th of July weekend). The neighbors were very friendly as well. We got to watch a 4th of July parade right on our street which the kids loved.
The home was quaint and cozy. We had a total of 8 people (6 adults & 2 kids) and everyone fit comfortably. The sleeper sofa may be a little rough for large adults, so maybe bring an air mattress to use instead.
There were many supermarkets and restaurants close by, all about 20 min or less. For seafood dinner, we recommend Mike’s Cafe and The Back Porch. Also, the Shipwreck water park was only 15 mins away and is very fun for kids and adults.
This home was also in walking distance to a convenient/gift/liquor store (The Carousel) and a cute breakfast/ice cream spot (Thomas Donut & Snack shop) which had the BEST donuts.
We very much enjoyed our time here and will be back again in the future
